BGSU is committed to supporting the parenting student population. 作为这一努力的一部分, we want to connect parenting students with services available on the BGSU campus and beyond. The information on this webpage is designed to help you balance your life as a student and parent by providing academic support, 金融支持, and acclimating your family to the BGSU community.

We understand that all students have unique experiences and their own obstacles to overcome. BGSU has many inspiring parenting students, and hearing their stories is important to the development of support programs and other initiatives designed to create a more cohesive and supportive community for students with children.

Being pregnant or a parent while going to school can be a challenging experience. 找到ing balance between family commitments, 写论文, classes and your own wellness can be a difficult process.

Along with the support of BGSU, there are numerous off-campus resources available in and around Bowling Green. The State of 俄亥俄州 and Wood County provides assistance and resources for eligible families. For most of these resources, additional documentation will be needed.

教育al fund available to full-time, BGSU under博天堂官方网站生 students maintaining a 2.5 GPA who hold primary custodial responsibility for a minor child and/or an adult child with special needs.

Non-Traditional 学生奖学金
应用 to eight scholarships geared towards adult learners and non-traditional students via BGSU's scholarship system Academic Works.

Patsy Takemoto Mink 教育 Foundation
奖学金 for low-income mothers pursuing post-secondary education.

Women Empowering Women, Inc.
奖学金 for 单 mothers pursuing post-secondary education.

Zonta Club of Bowling Green
Annual scholarship to women age 25 or older. The award recipient must be a resident of Wood County, 俄亥俄州, 显示经济需要, have earned a high school diploma or GED, and be eligible to enroll or already be enrolled in a post-secondary program of study.
